Welcome to Runframe. By accessing or using our incident management platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.
Runframe provides incident management, automated compliance documentation, and team response coordination tools. Our features include incident tracking, Slack integration, AI-powered post-mortems, automated workflows, and analytics to help teams manage incidents efficiently.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Runframe. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
To use the Service, you must:
Runframe uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide features such as AI-powered post-mortem generation, incident classification, automated workflows, and response recommendations.
All AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. You remain responsible for all decisions made during incident response.
We make reasonable efforts for accuracy, but do not guarantee 100% accuracy of any AI-generated content. Critical incident response decisions should always be reviewed by qualified personnel.
You retain ownership of all data you submit, including incident reports, team information, Slack messages, compliance documents, and uploaded files. We process your data to deliver and improve Runframe features.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time. Data retention and quota rules are described in Section 8.
Upon cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data. After this period, your data will be deleted according to our retention policies. Enterprise customers may request custom data export formats.
Runframe may use analytics tools to understand user behavior and improve the service. These may include third-party analytics providers, but we do not share personal information except as necessary to operate and enhance the platform.
We may use cookies or similar technologies on the website to personalize your experience and track usage patterns. Usage data may include feature interactions, session duration, incident patterns, and system performance metrics. This information is collected in aggregate and used to improve service reliability and feature development.
Runframe offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing tiers. All plans are billed on a per-user, per-month basis unless otherwise specified. The specific features, quotas, and limits of each plan are displayed within the app.
New customers may be offered a free trial (e.g. 14 days). At the end of the trial, unless you cancel, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the then-current price.
If you cancel during a free trial or your trial ends without converting to a paid subscription, your account will immediately revert to the free plan. Any data or configurations above the free plan limits may be restricted, hidden, or permanently deleted once the trial ends.
You have the right to cancel this agreement and request a refund within 14 days from the day of purchase.
You are entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at support@runframe.io with your transaction details.
If you cancel or downgrade from a paid plan to the free plan, your account will be limited to the features and quotas of the free plan. Data within the free plan limits remains fully usable. Files or configurations that exceed free plan limits will remain viewable for a limited retention period (currently up to 90 days) after downgrade, after which they may be permanently deleted.
During this retention period, you will not be able to add new items above the free quota unless you upgrade again. If you wish to download a copy of your data before it is deleted, you may contact us at privacy@runframe.io.
To keep Runframe safe and secure, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful activity, or pose a risk to the security of Runframe.
We aim to provide a reliable experience, but Runframe is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.
We strive to maintain high availability and will work to resolve any issues promptly. Enterprise customers may discuss specific service level agreements as part of their contract.
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, Runframe will notify you as required by law and as described in our Privacy Policy.
Runframe is not liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any obligation under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
